The best method to exercise your back is to simply stretch it out as much as possible, which will help significantly to get it in shape. This can be done by sitting on the floor with your legs beneath you, while simultaneously placing your hands behind your body. You can then push your back backwards until you reach a comfortable position where you can feel your back getting stretched. However, you should never stretch to the point where it becomes too painful.
There are many other different types of stretches which can be performed by a pregnant women. You have probably performed most of these stretches on your own from prior exercising periods. The important thing to remember is that you have to create a stretching routine and then use it as much as possible. You will not see any benefits from the routine if you exercise one day and then forget about it completely.
All in all, it is easy to be lazy and let a few back pains go during pregnancy. However, the truth is that it will be harder to get back in shape after birth if you don't start now. Back exercises are simple and beneficial for any pregnant women and should be performed as often as possible.
