Exercise during pregnancy is extremely important to the health of both mom and baby. It's usual for most women to ask whether or not exercising during pregnancy is safe, and providing you are careful the answer to that is yes, but caution and common sense must be used when exercising while you are pregnant.
If you aren't used to general exercise then easing yourself in to a light regime is the best option. For your general safety you should keep your fluid levels up while doing your pregnancy exercises, which means drinking plenty of water at regular intervals and making sure that you're cool by using a fan or exercising with the door slightly open for a slight breeze.

Whatever exercise you choose while pregnant, make sure you keep you and your baby's safety the number one priority - stretch before all exercises and remember to start slow and build up in to a regular routine.
