Drinking while Pregnant
Drinking while pregnant is quite a generic statement, most people will assume that it means drinking alcohol, so why don't we discuss this important point before continuing? Drinking too much alcohol during pregnancy is definitely not to be advised, in fact drinking any alcohol at it is probably the place that you want to be in. If you think that you will not be able to cope without a drop of wine with your meal, then the advice is to go easy. Do not overdo it, try to have some consideration for your unborn baby.
Fortunately, most women seem to build up a dislike for alcohol during pregnancy, it's actually very funny. I have seen women who in their pre-pregnant condition used to go out most evenings and finish a bottle of wine off without even thinking. However, the minute the find out that they are pregnant they can not stomach the taste of it, despite them trying to recklessly continue as before! Perhaps, they should work out a way to bottle this aversion to alcohol, whoever managed it would become a gazillionnaire overnight.
As well as alcohol, you might also want to consider reducing your intake of caffeine drinks. We would recommend cutting out coffee to as little as one mug a day, and try not to drink colas and the many different energy drinks that are available on the market these days. Where possible, try to always have a bottle of water with you, this should be considered your most trendy accessory that you can not leave your home without, sip regularly throughout the day.
