Conception to Birth

Conception to birth is basically the period or stages of how the babies develop inside the mother's womb. The stages are practically different every week and month. The more the pregnant women learned and understand the stages the more she becomes aware of the babies activity inside her womb.

The first cycle of the conception to birth period is the ovulation that begun from the meeting of the sperm cell and female that follows with fertilization of egg. Once the egg has been fertilized, it will divide and form into mass of cells called blastocyst then after ovulation period it will lie to rest on the lining of the uterus and will soon grow into an embryo. Once the embryo is fully develop certain set of hormones will be released that may changes on women's body that will help the women to carry the pregnancy period.

Then the counting begins because the development of babies will soon emerge too. The sound of first heartbeat of the baby will give excitement to every expectant mother as soon as the doctor confirms that the woman is pregnant. This conception to birth stages is one of the most awaited periods. Then shortly thereafter, the body structure of baby will develop. To get a good glimpse of this conception to birth period, an ultrasound test will help the pregnant women to see for herself the images of her baby through the help of her doctor.

At the early stage conception to birth period the sex or gender of the baby can be hardly identify in the ultrasound. To confirm the baby's gender a second ultrasound can be made around the 6th month period. Then as the development proceeds the baby start to move from one place to another, then can start to open the eyelid and can even taste sweet and sour. The conception to birth period also includes the excitement when the baby interacts and hears the sounds outside the womb. The final stage is the actual date of delivery that will let the baby come out and feel her mother's presence.
