Couples who are trying to get pregnant may be wondering if there is any way to conceive one specific gender over another. Chinese calendar for Gender Prediction

Another gender selection method which has been claimed to work for some individuals is the Chinese calendar for gender prediction. This entails the woman to compare her age and the month of conception with the Chinese calendar and the calendar will show whether a boy or girl will be conceived. This too has an accuracy rating similar to the Shettles method and some say it is about as accurate as flipping a coin to determine the baby's gender.

In summation, gender selection is something which has not concretely been stated to be able to determine through any currently known method.
