Odds of Getting Pregnant
The odds of getting pregnant can be increased based upon a number of known factors, whilst the list below is not exhaustive or by any means a guarantee that you will become pregnant, it will certainly improve your chances.
Learn and love your ovulation cycle, understand when it is because this is when you will be at your most fertile. Intercourse during this short period increases the odds of getting pregnant.
Think positive and be positive, work on your state of mind. Scientists have proven that people with a positive outlook on life benefit by determination.
Keep on eye on your diet, try to maintain a healthy balance, drink plenty of water and take regular exercise.
Increase the odds of getting pregnant by spending more bedroom time with your partner, make it fun and enjoyable. Be careful not to make it into a “baby making” chore.
Speak with your medical doctor, explain to him or her that you are trying for a baby and would like a medical check up. They will access your general fitness and may advise you to take certain supplements.
Research the best positions during intercourse, many women swear that holding their legs in the air for one minute after sex has helped them to conceive.
Try not to get too stressed, as this does not bode well for fertility. It has been recently proven that it is harder to conceive if you are too worked up, consider taking up yoga or swimming to help you to chill out.
