Best Position to Get Pregnant

We recommend the missionary position as the best position to get pregnant, but this isn't to say that you can't get pregnant in other positions. There is probably equally as much chance in any position as the sperm will always reach where it needs to go, but helping it by using a position which provides the deepest penetration won't fail to help just that little bit more.

There are many myths surrounding which position is best when getting pregnant. For example some people believe that standing up and having sex means that it's impossible to get pregnant, but most people realize this isn't true and is just an old wives tale.

For obvious reason we advise against the woman being on top of the male during sex while trying to get pregnant because this position and others like it may cause the sperm not to go exactly where it would in say the missionary position, without getting too graphic.

Pillows are useful to create your own position to get pregnant following the advice of the male being on top. Remember to enjoy your sexual intercourse and not to look at is as a chore. Getting pregnant takes time and unfortunately even if you are using the best position to get pregnant it may take some time before you're overjoyed with the news that you are in fact pregnant.
