Additional Information on the Early Pregnancy Symptoms

It's probably fair to say that each and every woman are aware of the more common early pregnancy symptoms, it is information that is drilled into us from a very early age. Yet, just because we know the early pregnancy symptoms, it doesn't make them easier to handle. A woman's body goes through broad changes to provide accommodation to the needs of the increasing fetus. Some of these make themselves apparent in the earliest stages of pregnancy either as a physical or mental sign of pregnancy.

Just in case you skipped school when the early pregnancy symptoms were read out, we've provided additional information for you below. Have a good read through them, however it is worth pointing out that every woman is completely different, some women may experience all of the more common early pregnancy symptoms, while others may only have one or two symptoms. In some women, the indication of getting pregnant is noticeable within a week of conception while in some women the symptoms disclose after few weeks. The irregularity in the menstrual cycles is the first indicator of being pregnant. However there are other symptoms too which are considered to be revealed in pregnant women.

In early stages of pregnancy, the women will become aware of the stiff muscular contraction and some bleeding in the form of stains or spots. This situation occurs when the implantation of embryo start the inner side of uterine wall.

The later menstrual period is the most common of the early pregnancy symptoms in women. When women experience the irregular periods of menses, they should consult a doctor for a medical check up. The doctor will no doubt carry out a pregnancy test upon hearing the symptoms. However some women may experience little signs of bleeding than usual routine.

Another of the early pregnancy symptoms is the changes in the breast shape and figure, they will begin to feel more tender and start to swell. Many women complain of soreness all around the breast area, which is common within 1-2 weeks after conception. It's also likely that the color of the skin around the nipples will darken and perhaps show small lumps.

In the first week of conception, nearly all women experience the feeling of tiredness and exhaustion. This is one of the most frustrating of early pregnancy symptoms as it leaves you feeling too tired to do anything, in fact you may feel that you have lost control of your body for a short time.

A classic early pregnancy symptom that is revealed within 2-8 weeks after conception is nausea or morning sickness. Some women are lucky not to experience such a troublesome condition, unfortunately many do. For some, the experience will last for the first trimester, in rare situations it will last for most of the pregnancy.

One of the other early pregnancy symptoms is that many women will experience severe headaches and pain in the lower back area. Whilst the backache will be with you on and off for most of the pregnancy, you should start to notice fewer headaches as your body gets used to the massive hormonal change going on within your body.

Remember, each pregnancy is unique, so it stands to reason that we will most likely experience different early pregnancy symptoms, however it is likely that it will be one or two signs from the list above.
