Pregnancy and Constipation
Constipation is a frequent bane of most pregnant moms and is due to the changes in the woman's body. Constipation affects most pregnant moms but there are things you can do to alleviate the symptoms of constipation during pregnancy.
Eating extra fibre in your diet and drinking plenty of water can help along with general exercise. Constipation in pregnancy can also be caused by extra supplements that the women are taking during pregnancy - iron vitamins are linked with pregnancy and constipation.
Due to many woman suffering constipation during pregnancy they are and quite rightly so eager to find a remedy. We advise against taking over the counter medicine or laxatives without first consulting your doctor or physician.
The best way to try to remain constipation free during your pregnancy or reduce the suffering is a healthy pregnancy diet and eating good whole grains and foods.
Unfortunately pregnancy and constipation is just another in a long line of symptoms of pregnancy that us women must suffer... but boy is it worth it at the end!
